Thunder Bay Outdoor Hockey Assoiciation is a fun thing to do in your winter time. This league consists of team which
play at certin places and certin times, when the team gathering is completed there will be a scedule posted on the site.
If the teams on the scedule fail to show up and play the team they were assigned to play, the team who didnt show up will
be forced to forfit. If there is a good explaination for failing to show up, it will be consulted with the head of the organization.
